Our devices prevent vehicle functioning at a breath alcohol level of either 0.03 or 0.05 in most states. Confirm the threshold for your jurisdiction.

Currently, South Carolina and Michigan require some data reporting to the state. Oregon requires that voluntary accounts are vetted with the State Police.
